In the top menu bar, click on Your name > My user account. Under Connections to route-providing applications select the application of your choice and follow the instructions on screen. Once  you've done this, every course you  record on your GPS watch will automatically be synchronized in Livelox.

You are all set. You can now go to Livelox, and view and analyze routes.

From a file

If you can't use automatic synchronization, there is an option to upload route files.
